William and Barb were among the first people I met coming to Quadra, when they welcomed me to the neighbourhood. I was awed by William’s creative building designs and powerhouse brain for information and knowledge. Such a gentle spirit, and so much more. When Barb says ‘we have so much more to learn from William’ I can think of three that the rest of us would all benefit from knowing. When I think of William it would be this: To live a simple life, to follow your creative passion, and to stick to your principles and live by them. You are gone too soon, RIP.
